    I attended the CrossFit Kid’s Certification last weekend in Ft Worth. Great stuff that applies constantly varied functional movement for kid’s. And I have applied for affiliation for CrossFit Kid’s West Houston! Look for Pre-school, Elementary and Teen classes coming soon.
