Sensible Nutrition

Does your goal to lose weight make you feel powerless? It’s difficult to know exactly WHAT to do to make weight loss happen and achieve and good health. Or at least see some progress! It’s also difficult to know HOW to do it.

There are many of reasons for that:

  • Tons of information is available. Some good and some bad.

  • Some weight loss practices work for a while and then they either stop working or just aren’t sustainable
  • When something doesn’t SEEM to work right away, it’s easy to dismiss it and then try something else; and before you know it, you’re trying some crazy fad diet.

But what if you could figure out exactly what works for you? What if you knew what will give you optimal weight and health. What works for your body, your lifestyle, the way you think about and enjoy food.

This course will be offered to a limited group of 5 to 20 people and will include:

  • Eight lectures
    One per week, via Zoom Meeting
    15 to 20-minute lecture, different topic each week
    15 to 20-minute Q&A
    Lectures held Tuesdays at 6PM from 9/15 to 11/3
    Video will be made available
  • Practical Application/Requirements
    Weigh In and Weigh Out (via e-mailed photo)
    Completion of Homework Assignments
    Halfway Point Check with Instructor/Coach
    Weekly Habit Tracker submitted electronically
  • Coach/Guide
    Educate and lead you down the path to understanding your own needs
    De-mystify nutrition
    Provide tips and sustainable healthy habits
    Check ins and guideposts, course corrections
