Can’t make time for exercise? Don’t want to spend countless hours in the gym?

Come join this high energy, 30 minute fitness blast.

This class uses bodyweight exercises and moderate load exercises to quickly get your workout done. You are in in and out in 30 minutes and on with the rest your day knowing you got in a good full body workout!
