In CrossFit, we believe that “sickness” and “fitness” live on the same continuum and are the based on the same measurements of overall “wellness.” We believe in the empowerment, endurance and ability of healthy people to handle what life throws their way. Arming your employees with the programs and education they need to live healthier lives will support their efforts to be better at life and better at their jobs. Corporate Wellness programs can affect a company’s bottom line through decreased absenteeism, minimizing “presenteeism”, reducing health and insurance risks, improved productivity and camaraderie. Whether you need a small program for a few employees, or need support for a comprehensive program, we can provide your company employees with a program options that will inspire, educate, and empower your employees!
We offer Corporate Wellness Programs tailored to meet your organizations’ specific needs. A range of services can be included in your company’s program including:

  • Comprehensive programs or simply discounted memberships.
  • On or Off Site Group Exercise. We can bring equipment to your location. Exercise is scaled to individual fitness levels.
  • Nutrition Education such as Lunch and Learn seminars, On-site Q&A sessions, or e-mailed education/newsletters.
  • Health/Wellness/Nutrition Coaching
  • Pre and Post Fitness Benchmarks including Weight, Fitness Level, pre-post photos if desired. We can also recommend bio-markers to be tested by a physician/clinic
  • Specific period or ongoing programs
  • Team building sessions
  • Individual Goal Setting
  • Participation reports
