Learning is a part of our company’s culture and its spread throughout our training programs and classes. With an educated community of athletes results come fast and last a lifetime. It’s part of our continuous effort toward improvement for ourselves, our business and our members. Although CrossFit can be scaled and modified for any beginner, it does include movement and exercises that can be continually developed. It’s not like your typical group exercise class where you can learn the movements in the first 5 minutes of class. Through our Clinics/Skill Sessions, we offer an opportunity to further hone your skills on basic movements as well as some of the more advanced, technical skills. Our coaches can help you break down and correct movements and provide progressions that will take your fitness and athleticism further than you thought possible.
In addition, we host educational events and certifications in order to bring our members and coaches the best, most current knowledge on health and fitness that is available.
