I am Natalee Cuevas, a mother of three, and an avid cross-fitter since 2015.  I have been self-training since 2016 when I left the gym due to financial circumstances.  I didn’t let that stop me from continuing Crossfit as my avenue to maintain fitness; I had to be creative and manipulate my own routines and whiteboards, but I never stopped being active!  After three years of training myself, it organically became my goal to become a trainer for others who may or may not be in similar situations.  I earned a CrossFit Level I certificate in April 2019 and plan to pursue higher level certificates in the future.  Working at CFWH is an honor and a great opportunity for me to help others achieve their own fitness goals.
