I worked with Sandra last Saturday during an HKC certification workshop held at CFWH. She was key in helping me gain new insights in the TGU, goblet squat and KB swing. Her observation skills and eye for the finer points of the movements were appreciated by me. The facilities are on par with a nice set up, necessary equipment, clean restrooms and adequate parking.
