Day 5 – KB Front Squat

Day 6 – KB Cleans 3r/3l

Day 7 – Smithies

Day 8 – Burpees

Day 9 – Push Ups

Day 10 – KB Rows 10r/10l

Day 11 – American Swings

Day 12 – Single Arm KB Thrusters 6r/6l
