Unbroken sets
5 Strict Pull Ups
5 Strict HSPU’s to Abmat/s
5 Pistols each side
*When unbroken sets can not be maintained, drop reps by 1 for each exercise

On the 15 min mark
3 Rounds for time
30 Sit Ups
30 Air Squats
