Special Historical Note
Today marks the 75th anniversary of the D- Day Invasion at Normandy France. On this day 75 years ago brave men of the Greatest Generation boldly embarked on a military campaign to push Nazi Germany out of occupied France and eventually bring down the terror and genocide of the Third Reich. On Saturday we will honor this great feat by redoing the D Day WOD we performed in 2015. See that workout here.
