CrossFit West Houston WOD

This week we begin another round of testing. There will be two different tests daily with alternatives. This is a great opportunity to find your Overall Level and possibly Level Up in a few areas!

 

Upper Body Push Test

find your level!

 

Running

find your level!

 

Alternatives

Squat Endurance Progression

(Not test)

Build on current progressions. Try to increase weight from last session.

 

Conditioning

Run 800m-600m-400m-200m

In between each run Accumulate as many seconds in Archbody Hold as possible in one minute.
