run- Air bike- Accumulate Dead Hang Hold in 1 min
3 Rounds (each round = 6 min)
1st 3 min Run 400m AFAP
2nd 30 sec Assault Bike rest 30 sec then accumulate As Many Seconds As Possible Dead Hang Hold in 1 min
