The Level Method

Meet You At Your Level

CrossFit West Houston uses the Lethel Method to help you find the right workout for you. Through a series of assessments you will find a level that meets you where you are. Each day there is a level of the workout that is designed for you and that will take you on a step process to improve your levels and meet the goals specific to YOU!

Constant Options

Your experienced and knowledgeable coach will help you find the best option for you. There are substitutes and options for any situation to keep you training if you have some injury or orthopedic issue. Your coach is here to guide and assist you to an appropriate workout for you.


What is the Level Method?

The Level Method systematically progresses and ranks athletes from beginner to advanced – delivering tangible, achievable and incremental goals. Using 15 different categories, you will find your appropriate level.

It’s a system that shows you and your coaches where you are in fitness. The simplest way is to think of martial arts – white to black belt. It gives you the knowledge, and your coaches the tools, to help you achieve your goals faster than ever before. Upon receiving your level you and your coaches will have a better idea of your strengths and weakness. And every time you achieve a new level you will receive a certificate of accomplishment. You will always know exactly where you are and what steps you need to perform to improve!

How does the Level Method Work?

Can I try a class?

Of course, in fact you can try a week. Contact us for the initial intro class and you can get started right away.

I’ve worked out for a long time, do I really need the Level Method?

Yes. The Level Method will tell you where you are today, and show you the opportunities to improve!

How long does it take to get my level?

It takes 1-3 weeks through our Find Your Level 1 on 1 program!

What if I don’t care about getting my overall level?

The Level Method helps us customize the workouts for you while keeping you safe and progressing forward. One of our core values is to DO NO HARM. Level Method helps us identify weaknesses to help you be injury free and get the results you want!
