1 Arm KB Swings (alternating)
Burpee Pull Ups
**Break up as necessary
Every 4 minutes partner run 200m together. It begins with a run.

Warrior WOD 9:30 AM

KB Snatch Work 10 mins

Conditioning

50 Abmat Sit Ups
400m Run
30 KB Snatch (15 R/L)
20 Hand Release Push Ups
10 Front Squats 95/65
