CrossFit West Houston

December Challenge Series

This months challenge will be a series of mini AMRAPs.  We will be dividing the month into 4 weeks.

– Each Week = Monday to Sunday
– You will have as many attempts as you’d like
– You may practice/prepare for any of the upcoming weeks however you like.  

This weeks Challenge = :60 AMRAP of Max Calories on the Assault Bike

In the crazy hustle and bustle this season tends to bring, we hope this encourages you all to not only set goals but to continue to be active inside and outside the gym
