CrossFit West Houston WOD
In the early days of CrossFit West Houston, we did not have a physical location. We were in parks with very minimal equipment. There was a lot of body weight workouts. From the beginning though, Dumbbells were a staple of our program. It was a welcome event when the CrossFit Opens put Dumbbells into the Open workouts. Dumbbells provide a unique experience in which each arm must control it’s individual load. With a barbell, your dominant arm will stabilize and take over for the weaker limb.
