Get Ups x 1 R/L

Conditioning
Run air squats sit ups push ups pull ups
2 Rounds
Run 400m
Air squats 40
Sit Ups 30
Push Ups 20
Pull Ups 10

Warrior WOD 9:30 AM
“Barbara”
5 rounds, time each round:
20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats
*Rest precisely three minutes between each round.
