M 2lbs heavier (-6 off 5RM) W 1lb heavier (-8lbs off 5 RM)

Deadlift

1 x 5

M 5 lbs heavier (-20lbs off 3RM) W 2.5 lbs heavier (-25 off 3RM)

  • take 4-5 warm up sets to build to the 1 x 5 set

Conditioning
DB cleans-dynamic push ups- renegade rows
AMRAP in 8 mins
DB Cleans x 4
Dynamic Push Ups x 8
DB Renegade Rows x 12 (6 R/L)
