CrossFit West Houston WOD

Deadlift/Gymnastics Work 20 minutes

Work Up to 1 x 5 Deadlift M 5lbs heavier ; W 2.5 lbs heavier

Work up in 4-5 sets

In between Deadlift Sets

HSPU Practice Perform one of the following:

  • Strict HSPU 7-9
  • Bench/Box Pike HSPU 9-12
  • Wall Walk x 2
  • Elevated Push Ups x 10

Hollow Hold Progression Perform one of the following:

  • Hollow Hold x max
  • Tuck Hollow x max

Workout of the Day
400 Meter Run

rest 2 minutes

400m Run

rest 2 minutes

400m Run
