Strength/Gymnastics 25 min

Deadlift Work Up to 1 x 5 set 5 lbs heavier than last week for M;  2.5lb heavier for women

HSPU Progression

  • HS Hold 20-30 sec
  • Bench HSPU 5-7
  • Strict HSPU 5-7

L Sit Progression

  • Double Knee Tuck max Hold
  • Single Knee Tuck Max Hold
  • Full L – Sit Max Hold

**For Gymnastics Pick the appropriate progression for your development level.

Conditioning
Burpee-DU
AMRAP in 6 mins
40 Burpees (no Jump)
100 DU
