Intensity Sprints

6 x 40 m

Focus on top speed. Rest as needed between sets

Deadlift Find 3 rep max
Deadlift
Find your 3 rep max.
8-5-5-3-3-3

Post your scores to the Whiteboard.

Focus on good posture and position. Reps will be concentric loading only. Drop the bar from the top reset, reps must be completed within 30 seconds
