8:30 Class

Conditioning
In Teams of 3
450 walking weighted lunges (suitcase style).
Partner A holds plank position.
Partner B holds sandbag in the gut.
Partner C completes walking weight lunges.
*Cannot start lunges until your partners are in position.

 

WARRIOR WOD

Conditioning
For time:
800 Meter Run
25 Walking Lunges with Dumbbells
25 Pull-Ups
50 Anchored Sit-Ups
25 Walking Lunges with Dumbbells
50 Wall Ball Shots
25 Walking Lunges with Dumbbells
25 Pull-Ups
50 Anchored Sit-Ups
800 Meter Run
