Push Up / Pull Up Ladder
start on one end of the mat and do 1 push up
walk to the pull up rig and do 1 pull up
repeat…
2 push ups, 2 pull ups
3 push ups, 3 pull ups
etc….

Conditioning
4 rounds with 1 minute rest between rounds.
