Minute 1: Partner 1 completes 100m sprint then in the remaining time amrap KB Swings while partner 2 rests
Minute 2: Partner 2 runs and then swings while partner 1 rests
Minute 3: Partner 1 completes 100m Sprint then in the remaining time amrap burpees while partner 2 rests
Minute 4: Partner 2 runs and burpees while partner 1 rests
*Repeat the above 5x
