CrossFit West Houston WOD

 

Warm Up:
3 sets
Shin Box Flow x 10 (side to side)
Goblet Squat x 6
Tall Box Jumps x 3-5
Push Ups x 4-6

 

Strength:
Front squat
4×4
*same weight for all 4 sets

 

Conditioning:
For Time:
3 Rounds
600m Run
25 Kettlbell Swings
25 Wall Ball Shots
