*Pick a weight you can front squat for the whole :30

20 Medball Sit ups

 

Warrior WOD

Strength:
15:00 to establish 1 RM Snatch

Conditioning:
30 Snatches at 70% of 1RM
5:00 Rest
200m Farmer Carry AHAP
