Power Cleans
2x2x2x2x2 (5 sets)
*can drop inbetween lifts

 

Conditioning:
10:00 AMRAP
3 power cleans 135/95
3 Pull ups
6 cleans
6 Pull ups
9 cleans
9 Pull ups
Etc.. (Keep increasing)
