Gymnastics Test:

2:00 Anchored Sit Ups *military standard
3:00 Rest
Max HSPU
3:00 Rest
Max Strict Pull Ups

*military standard sit ups = feet anchored, hands interlocked behind head, elbows touch knees, shoulder blades touch the ground between each rep. You may not raise your hips off the ground.
