Strength 

15:00 Clock to work on following

1 Pull/Shrug + 1 Hang Squat Clean + 2 Front Squat

** bar stays in hands until entire complex is complete

Conditioning
Bergeron Beep Test
EMOM for as long as possible
7 Thrusters 75/55
7 Pull Ups
7 Burpees
*Scale is 5 reps

Cool Down

Foam roll-back, lats, legs
