Strength E2MOM x 6

Every 2 minutes

Box Squat x heavy 2 Reps

(Rounds 1 and 2 Warm up sets of 5)

Add weight each round

 

Conditioning
Resting Helen
3 Rounds
5 minutes to complete
400m Run
21 American KB Swings 53/35
12 pull ups
*If you complete in 5 minutes, rest the remaining time.
Score your lowest round.
