Single Leg Hip Bridges x 4 R/L

Conditioning
CrossFit Games Open Workout 12.2
Proceed through the sequence below completing as many reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
30 Snatch (75lb / 45lb)
30 Snatch (135lb / 75lb)
30 Snatch (165lb / 100lb)
Snatch (210lb / 120lb), as many reps as possible

Post your scores to the Whiteboard.

Accessory Work 3 Rounds

Dips x 10-12

Hanging Knee Raise x 10-15
