7 Muscle-Ups (scale to 14 pull-ups* if you AREN’T signed up)
50 Wall Ball Shots (20/14 lbs)
100 Double-Unders

*If you are signed up for the open and don’t have MU’s but would like to remain “in the game,” perform the following scaled variation of the workout:
