CrossFit Games Open WOD 15.1

Part 1 – 9 Min AMRAP:

15 Toes to Bars (scale to hanging knee raises*)
10 Deadlifts (115/75 lbs)
5 Snatches (115/75 lbs)

Part 2 – In 6 Minutes:

Establish a 1 Rep Max Clean and Jerk

*This is a 15 minute workout.
