CrossFit Workout of the Day: 16 min AMRAP
Working with a partner with only one person working at a time, alternate between the following movements
150m Row
12 Walking DB suitcase lunges
4 DB Man-Makers*
*DBs to floor, kick back to plank, push-up, row R/L, stand and bring DBs to rack, then overhead anyhow
**Partner 1 will row 200m, then P2 will complete 12 lunges, P1 completes 4 DB Man-makers, P2 rows 150m, and so on.
Cool Down:
Hollow Rocks and One Arm Planks
