Strength: 5 Rounds

Wide Stance Box Squat x 7-6-5-4-3
*Wider than shoulder width

Barbell Curls x  14-12-10-8-6
*Add wt. to last few sets if possible

Conditioning: 12 min EMOM

Even Minutes: 7 Double KB Front Squats + 5 Burpees

Odd Minutes: 10-15 Knees to Elbows (palms facing you grip)
*Choose a challenging number for YOU

Cool Down:
20 Hip Bridges + 1 min Couch Stretch R/L
