8:30AM CrossFit
9:30AM Open Gym
10:30AM Warrior WOD

CrossFit Workout of the Day:

With a Partner, complete as many rounds as possible in 20 Minutes:

20 Wall Ball Shots (20/14 lbs)
30 American KB Swings (35/26 lbs)
40 Lunges (in place)
50 Double-Unders (or 100 Single Unders)
