Band Pull-Aparts x 5 Reps w/ 2 sec Hold on Chest
Lateral Leg Swings x 5 R/L

Strength #2: 10 Minutes

Top of Ring Push-Up Hold x 20 sec
Smithies x 10 Reps
Inch Worm x 1 Rep
