Saturday Schedule:

9:30AM Community WOD (Open to EVERYONE!)
10:30AM Warrior WOD

9:30AM Community Workout of the Day:

As Many Rounds as Possible in 20 Minutes (with a partner)

200m Run (together)
30 Air Squats (broken up anyway)
20 Sit-Ups (together)
10 Push-Ups (alternating)
5 Burpees (together)
