Strength:

1. Power Clean – 3 x 3, Heavy

2A. KB Reverse Lunge – 3 x12 Steps (6R/L, Goblet Position)
2B. Single Arm KB Bent Over Row -3×12 R/L

Conditioning: 10 min EMOM

2 Heavy Power Cleans (80-90% of Pt.1)
10 Mountain Climbers

Cool Down:

Accumulate 1 min in Pike Position
Accumulate 45 sec in Hollow Body Position
Accumulate 45 sec in Superman (Arch Position)

Post your EMOM weight to the Whiteboard.
