Strength: Bench Press

7 Heavy Sets of 3 to 5 Reps
*Mix in 3 Rounds of Hamstring stretching (30 sec R/L)

Conditioning: With a Partner

3 Rounds for Time

P1: 300m Row
P2: 300m Run
Then Switch

Partner 1 rows 300m while P2 runs 300m, then partners will switch. That is one 1 round. Complete 3 rounds for time.

Cool Down:

300m DB Globe Carry w/ Partner
