2. Push Press – 1 x AMRAP @ Part 1 weight
3. Deadlift – 1 x 5 @ 80% of 1RM

Hanging Leg Raises (Knees to chest, chin-up grip)

*Advanced do decline push-ups w/ feet on plate(s)
