Mobility WOD: 10 Min AMRAP

10 Toy Soldiers
10 Roly Polies
5 Walk Out to Planks
5 Yoga Push-Ups

Partner Conditioning: 20 min AMRAP

600m Med Ball Run w/ Partner (buy-in)
Then in the remaining time AMRAP of:
30 Wall Balls
30 Med-Ball Sit-Ups
30 Ground to Overhead w/ Plate
30 Push-Ups
