Warrior WOD: 32 min EMOM

Complete 8 Rounds of the following:

1st Minute: 1-2 Rope Climbs

2nd Minute: 25 sec of Squat Cleans (155/105lbs)*
*You, the athlete, are in charge of watching the clock

3rd Minute: 10 Bench Press (135/75 lbs)

4th Minute: 150m Run
