Complete 30 Reps of each movement for time:

Box Jumps (24/20″)
Jumping Pull-Ups
American KB Swings (53/35 lbs)
Walking Lunges
Knees to Elbows
Push Press (65/45 lbs)
Good Mornings (65/45 lbs)
Wall Ball Shots (20/14 lbs)
Burpees
Double-Unders (sub = lat jump over parallette)
