6 Strict Chin-Ups
5 to 10 Strict HSPUs (scale to 3 Neg. HSPU or 10 DB Strict Press)
10 DB Romanian Deadlifts

Conditioning: 4 Rounds for Total Reps

In 2:30, Complete the following:

16 Toes to Bars (scale to knees to chest)
8 Front Rack Lunges (95/65 lbs)
AMRAP Lateral Burpees over the Bar

–Rest 1:30–
