Strength/Skill Testing:

1. Max Reps Chin-Ups (Strict)
2. Max Double-Unders in 60 seconds
3. Back Squat – 5 Rep Max*
*Find 5RM in 5 working sets or less. Build appropriately.

Conditioning: 8 min AMRAP

6 Pull-Ups (C2B for advanced)
6 Burpee Box Jump Overs (24/20″)
