Saturday Schedule:

8:30AM CrossFit
9:30AM Open Gymn
10:30AM Warrior WOD

CrossFit Workout of the Day:

4 Rounds for Total Reps

90 sec Row for Calories
90 sec DB Clean and Jerks
90 sec 200m Run + AMRAP Sit-Ups/Burpees*
90 sec Rest

*Rounds 1 and 3 do sit-ups. Rounds 2 and 4 do burpees.
