Single Arm Bent Over Row x 12 R/L
Pigeon Pose on Box x 30 sec R/L

Conditioning: 10 min AMRAP

3 Handstand Push-Ups* (or 3 Pike Push-Ups)
6 Goblet Lunges (70/53 lbs)
9 Med-ball Sit-Ups

*Advanced do 6 HSPU
