Workout of the Day:

Part 1 – 12 min EMOM
Even Minutes: 10 Shoulder to OH (115/75 lbs)
Odd Minutes: 10-15 Box Jumps*, games standard (24/20″)
*Choose your rep scheme based on your proficiency with the movement. You should be done before 40 seconds on the clock.

–Rest 5 Minutes–

Part 2 – “Death By”

Min 1: 1 Burpee + 3 Deadlifts (185/135 lbs)
Min 2: 2 Burpees + 3 DL
Min 3: 3 Burpees + 3 DL
…continue adding 1 burpee until you fail to complete the work within the minute
