Warrior WOD: For Time

50 Ft. Bear Crawl
DB Renegade Rows (no push-up)
DB Front Squats
Knees to Chest (on pull-up bar)

*Perform 2 reps of each movement on round 1, 4 reps of each movement in round 2, 6 reps in round 3 and so on until you complete a round of 16 reps of each movement (8 total rounds).
Post your scores to the Whiteboard.
